"Confusion"

Confusion stumbled in
all disheveled
no eye-contact
to speak of
looked here, looked there
looked down
smiled
frowned
then scratched it's head
straightened its straight shirt
walked over to the chair
and tapped the armrest
then sat down and rubbed its thighs
back and forth, back and forth
leaned back finally
and sighed
but quickly got up again
spoke a few words
then changed the subject
abruptly
rudely
interrupted me
I slowed down my response
my conversation
thinking this would help
but confusion started asking me questions
not even waiting for answers
and then laughed
and just left the room
